 Hi Scientists; Below is the link, and access code, for this Week's science test. Our Spot Check, this week, is to turn in (hand-written, on binder paper) a sentence for each of our twelve Key Terms. The Spot Check was assigned yesterday. The quiz and Spot Check are due Friday. As we move into the second trimester the one evolution of our grading is that we should have the test, and Spot Checks, turned in by Friday each and every week please. Sixth grade was anything but usual. We've, now, had twelve weeks to get "up-to-speed" on returning to the classroom and our routines. Also, one of the most important responsibilities, as your teacher, is preparing you for the rigors of eighth grade and high school. This time, next year, many of you will be shadowing at various high schools and preparing to make the jump into the most formative four-years of schooling in your life. Please think about exploring high school now. I've been on high school tours with my eighth-grade son and there were several seventh graders on each tour. It's good to see what's available and what might be a perfect fit for you! have a wonderful Tuesday!

November 1st & 2nd update - Quiz and Notes -

 Hi Scientists;

Attached are screen shots from the notes, so far, this week. The Week #12 quiz link and access code are below. Our Spot Check for this week are the twelve Key terms with definitions. Grades are closing soon. The lowest quiz score is dropped before the end of trimester. We've been studying polymers and DNA with eye towards genetics and mutations. A good week to dive more deeply into viruses. Especially timely as we're all wearing masks. In the Post Script (PS) 'will share personal, interesting virus story from this week - if interested.
