December 19th - Tuesday - Board pics and notes - Meiosis handout -
The note home today:
Hi Scientists;
Again, 'meant to send this to the Environmental Science classes as well as the science classes because evolution and Natural Selection are studied in both. In science we're diving into the mechanism of evolution. How traits and genes change over time.
Attached are the science notes and a YouTube video recap for today.

For the Meiosis handout the main take-away is the end result - four (4) haploid cells. We're going to be focusing on Prophase tomorrow.
Happy Tuesday everyone - Scott Forbes - www.pacificascience.org

The note home today ...
Hi Scientists;
This is meant for all classes as we're studying evolution and the diversity of life. In science the next month will be focusing on the mechanism by which evolution has produced such diversity of four billion years! In Environmental Studies we're focusing on the diversity we've lost over the last century and how to protect what remains.
Attached are the board pics from science.

(One the website www.pacificascience.org, and in your Google Classroom.)Have a good Monday everyone -Scott Forbes - www.pacificascience.org
